Terms and Conditions

1.      These terms and conditions govern the Audi Service Plan Campaign (“Campaign”) hosted by Volkswagen Group Africa (Pty) Ltd t/a Audi of South Africa (“Audi”).

2.      By agreeing to participate in the Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and Audi’s privacy policy which are available on www.audi.co.za

›             The Campaign runs from 16 March 2026 to 31 December 2026

›             Audi reserves the right to extend, withdraw or amend the campaign (and / or these terms) at any time as it deems fit without prior notification to customers. Neither Audi nor its dealers will be liable to the participants for any such change or consequences thereof.

3.      This campaign is only applicable to customers that have an active Audi Service Plan between 5 years – 15 years in place.

4.      Qualifying customers will receive a 20% discount on selected Audi Genuine Parts. The discount for each customer is capped at R10,000 (ten thousand rand), including VAT.

5.      The selected parts include:

›             Brake Pads (front and rear)

›             Brake Discs (front and rear)

›             Wiper Blades

›             Water Pumps

›             Clutch Kit

›             Shock Absorbers

›             Timing Belt / Cambelt Kit

6.      The offer is issued against a vehicle with the Service Plan and not against a customer; and the discount applies to any repair order within the specified campaign period.

7.      The offer is valid for single use only on a single transaction on the vehicle that it was issued against.

8.      The offer is transferable to a new owner in instances where the vehicle has been sold.

9.      The offer cannot be used to purchase lifestyle accessories, Maintenance and Service Plans, and similar products.

10.   The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.

11.   Audi shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from participating in this Campaign.
