Audi Driving Experience — Competition Terms and Conditions
Festival of Motoring — Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit, South Africa
1. Promoter
This competition, Complete a survey and stand a chance to “Win an Audi driving experience” (the “Competition”), is organised and promoted by Audi South Africa, a division of Volkswagen Group Africa (Pty) Ltd (the “Promoter”) in accordance with Section 36 of the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (the “CPA”).
2. Competition Period
The Competition starts at 08:00 on the 28th of August 2026 and closes at 18:30 on the 30th of August 2026.
Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
3. Eligibility
Entry into this Competition is open to natural persons who:
- Are 18 years of age or older at the date of entry;
- Are legal residents of the Republic of South Africa, or as otherwise specified;
- Hold a valid driver’s license.
The following persons are excluded from entering or winning:
- Employees, directors, members, partners or agents of the Promoter, Audi South Africa, including Volkswagen Group Africa and dealers, and their respective advertising, promotional and public relations agencies;
- The immediate family members, including spouse, parent, child or sibling, of the persons listed above.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or age before awarding any prize, a copy of which may be retained.
4. How to Enter
No purchase or payment is necessary to enter this Competition.
To enter, participants must complete and submit a survey in full at the Audi driving experience stand at the Festival of Motoring during the Competition Period.
Incomplete, illegible, or fraudulent entries will be disqualified.
Only one (1) entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
5. The Prize
The prize consists of one (1) one-day Audi driving experience at Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit on the 10th of September 2026, designed to provide the winner with practical instruction in high-speed handling, precision driving and advanced driving techniques in a controlled environment.
The date of the experience may change, in which event Audi South Africa will notify the winner accordingly.
The experience may include access to an Audi RS 3 or such other vehicle as may be made available by Audi South Africa or the appointed service provider on the day of the event.
The winner must hold and present a valid, unexpired driver’s license on the day of the experience and must comply with all safety requirements, venue rules, instructor directions and any applicable participation conditions.
The programme may include vehicle access, professional instruction, radio communication with instructors, selected catering and such other inclusions as confirmed by the Promoter.
The winner may be paired with another participant for the experience, unless otherwise arranged with and approved by the Promoter or service provider.
The prize is not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other item.
The prize is subject to availability and the standard terms of the service provider, including but not limited to Kyalami Grand Prix Circuit and third-party instructors.
The winner is responsible for any travel, accommodation, or incidental costs not expressly included in the prize description herein.
Audi South Africa reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value should circumstances beyond its control require this.
6. Selection of Winner
The winner will be selected by random draw from all valid entries received before the closing date.
The draw will take place on Monday, 31 August 2026 at VWGA NSO and, where practicable, will be conducted or verified by an independent person.
The random draw method ensures every valid entrant has an equal chance of winning, regardless of the time or date of entry within the Competition Period.
7. Notification of Winner
The winner will be notified telephonically and/or via the contact details provided on their entry form within 24 hours of the draw.
If the winner cannot be reached within 24 hours of the first attempt, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner by the same random draw method.
The winner’s name and, where applicable, image may be published on the Promoter’s and/or Audi South Africa’s official channels, unless prohibited by law or where a participant elects to not have their name published, for the purposes of prize announcement.
Consent will be obtained separately where required for other purposes.
8. Personal Information — POPIA
By entering, participants consent to the Promoter processing their personal information solely for the purposes of administering this Competition, contacting the winner, and fulfilling the prize, in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (“POPIA”), and for any retention period as required by applicable laws.
Where a participant indicates on the entry form that they wish to receive further marketing communications, their information may also be used for that purpose.

9. Assumption of Risk and Indemnity
Participation in any experience-based prize, including track driving activities, is entirely at the winner’s own risk.
The winner will be required to sign the relevant venue and/or activity indemnity form(s) prior to participation.
The Promoter, Audi South Africa, Volkswagen Group Africa (Pty) Ltd, and their agents accept no liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from participation in the Competition or use of the prize, except to the extent that such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
10. General
Audi South Africa reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition at any time, for reasons beyond its reasonable control, without liability, subject to applicable law.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the Competition is final, and no correspondence will be entered into.
These terms may be amended at any time without prior notice and are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
Any dispute regarding the conduct or outcome of this Competition may be referred to the National Consumer Commission in accordance with the CPA.
