Terms and Conditions – Stay Genuine Campaign

1.      These terms and conditions govern the Audi Stay Genuine Campaign (“ Campaign”) hosted by Volkswagen Group Africa (Pty) Ltd t/a Audi of South Africa (“Audi”).

2.      By agreeing to participate in the Campaign, you agree to these terms and conditions and Audi’s privacy policy which are available on www.audi.co.za

›             The Campaign runs from 16 February 2026 to 31 December 2026

›             Audi reserves the right to extend, withdraw or amend the campaign (and /or these terms) at any time as it deems fit without prior notification to customers. Neither Audi nor its dealers will be liable to the participants for any such change.

3.      This campaign is only applicable to customers that have received the voucher and is issued against the VIN.

4.      Qualifying customers will receive a 25% discount voucher on Audi and VW Genuine Parts only. The customer is expected to present proof of the offer to the service/parts department at their preferred dealer. The   discount for each customer is capped at R3,000 (three thousand rand), including VAT.

Please note that the following fluids will be excluded from this campaign and will not qualify for the 25% discount:

›             Engine oil

›             Engine coolant

›             Brake fluid

›             Transmission fluid

›             Grease and paste

5.      The offer is valid for a period of 60 (sixty) days from date of communication to the qualifying customer.

6.      The offer is issued against a vehicle and not against a customer; and will be a once-off discount for a single job card or repair order.

7.      The offer is transferable to a new owner in instances where the vehicle has been sold.

8.      The offer is valid for single use only on a single transaction on the vehicle that it was issued against.

9.      The offer is valid for Retail/Cash customers in respect of services/repairs.

10.   The offer cannot be used to purchase lifestyle accessories, Maintenance and Service Plans, and similar products.

11.   The offer cannot be exchanged for cash or cash equivalent.

12.   Audi shall not be responsible for any loss or damage arising from participating in this Campaign.
