80-point Check

All Audi Pre-owned vehicles are taken through a comprehensive 80-point mechanical check prior to going onto the showroom floor. Reconditioning of all interior and exterior areas on the vehicle is also carried out. Every Pre-owned Audi has a full service history and no Audi involved in an accident with major structural damage may be sold as a Pre-owned vehicle.

Audi Freeway Plan

To ensure that your Audi maintains its high standards of quality, the Audi Freeway Plan gives you peace of mind that your vehicle will be serviced and maintained when necessary and at no extra effort or cost to you. This fully comprehensive maintenance and warranty plan is included on all Audi Pre-owned vehicles. Each Pre-owned vehicle sold has a minimum 2-year/40 000km Freeway Plan Simply make an appointment with any one of our Audi Servicing Dealers to effect servicing, maintenance and repairs. Optional extensions to the Audi Freeway Plan are available.

Roadside Assistance

Audi owners are as important to us as Audis themselves. That’s why you as the owner, your spouse and dependent children are automatically entitled to this unique two-year roadside and emergency assistance service.

In the unlikely event of your Audi breaking down or if you have an accident, phone Audi Assist on 0800 112 834 toll free, which is operated 24 hours a day, and the nearest Audi Assist unit will be dispatched.

You are entitled to the following benefits free of charge:
• Roadside assistance: for mechanical and electrical breakdowns (also includes flat tyres, flat batteries, fuel shortage, vehicle keys locked inside the vehicle)
• Tow-in
• Courtesy transport within 100 km of your normal place of residence
• Hotel accommodation OR vehicle rental if the breakdown occurs further than 100 km from your normal place of residence
• Vehicle recovery
• Transmission of urgent messages

Vehicle Integrity Check

The integrity of every Audi is paramount, and to ensure your Audi experience is exceptional, we check that all Audi Pre-owned vehicles are not listed as having been stolen, are the subject of fraud or any outstanding finance. This is because the possibility of buying a stolen vehicle from just any used vehicle dealer is very high, and if the police take a used vehicle from the buyer, the buyer still has to pay all the instalments.

14-day Exchange Plan

Audi stands by its Pre-owned promise of providing a premium product and service.

If for any reason you wish to exchange your Pre-owned Audi, all Audi Pre-owned vehicle dealers honour a 14-day exchange plan, which means you can exchange your Pre-owned Audi within 14 days of purchase for a Pre-owned Audi of a similar price.
